This information is processed on the basis of your voluntary consent as a data subject and as the child's legal representative. The data is stored on servers used to operate the Bestie application, in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
The data is used solely for: registering and maintaining your parental account and the associated child access; displaying information about the cycle and mood in the personal dashboard; generating personalized informational suggestions; ensuring the technical and functional operation of the application, including support and improvement of the service. We do not share your data or your child's data with third parties.
All actions related to registration and granting the child access to the Bestie application are performed solely by the parent (legal representative). The child cannot independently create an account or accept the Terms of Use. Information about the child's cycle and mood entered into the application is treated as restricted-access data and is processed with an enhanced level of confidentiality. This data is displayed only within the linked parental account, to the extent provided by the application's functionality. We do not disclose the child's data to third parties.
You, as the data subject and the child's legal representative, have the right at any time to request the deletion of the parental account and all associated child data by writing to: support@bestie.care
